After hours, The Kidz Docs partners with Pedi Call Care, a nurse advice service, and Hello Pediatrics, a pediatric telemedicine service, to provide patient care.
The Kidz Docs has a doctor on call 24/7 for emergent concerns.
Routine questions (mild illness, appointments, prescription refills) are addressed during office hours.
Emergencies
Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc.
If an emergency should arise, please call 911.
